Refund policy
At REIGN, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage all customers to review product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
⚠️ Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damaged or defective products.
Mandatory Requirement for Damage Claims:
-A clear unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel
-The video should show the sealed package being opened
-Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
Returns are NOT accepted for:
-Size issues
-Quality dissatisfaction
-Sale or discounted products
-Worn, washed, or damaged items
-Custom-sized or made-to-order products
-Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds
-Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
-Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Razorpay, etc.).
-If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges (Size Exchange Only)
-Size exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
-A flat fee of ₹299 applies to cover return pickup and re-delivery charges.
-The exchange process will begin only after the fee is paid.
