Returns – Accepted only for defective, damaged products. Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims.

Refunds – Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Razorpay, etc.). If the product does not meet the return conditions, the item will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges – Exchanges are strictly allowed only for size-related issues. Product/design exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

If the requested size is out of stock, no alternative compensation will be provided.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Only a one-time exchange is allowed per order, subject to a ₹250 exchange fee.
